The Supreme Court issued a shameful ruling today overturning Roe v. Wade — the landmark decision recognizing the constitutional right to abortion nearly 50 years ago – and effectively banning abortion in Wisconsin and other states across the country. 

The ACLU of Wisconsin responded to reporting of a leaked draft opinion of the Dobbs v. Jackson case from the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade, previewing what it could mean for the people of Wisconsin.

We filed an open records request with the School District of Waukesha to find out whether its ban on political and controversial signage and symbols is in violation of the Constitution and other civil rights protections.
