Groups File Motion to Intervene in U.S. Department of Justice Lawsuit Against Wisconsin Elections Commission

The ACLU of Wisconsin is seeking info from the WEC as to how they assist local municipalities in providing Spanish language access to voters.

In response to recent calls for Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers’ arrest over state guidance issued regarding ICE in State of Wisconsin buildings, 21 advocacy groups issued the following statement:

Tonight the AP projected that Susan Crawford has been elected to serve as the next justice for the state Supreme Court.

The ACLU of Wisconsin encourages voters to make a voting plan for the April 1 election, whether voting on Election Day, absentee, or early in person.

We launched a joint campaign with the national ACLU to engage Wisconsin voters ahead of the state supreme court general election on April 1.
