The ACLU of Wisconsin issued the following statement Tuesday in response to the deadly police shooting that took place this afternoon in Milwaukee.

We sent a letter to law enforcement leaders reminding them of their responsibility to respect the constitutional rights of Republican National Convention demonstrators.
