“U.S. Customs and Border Patrol has still not clarified what happened the last time the Trump administration tried to impose this discriminatory and unconstitutional ban, which is why the ACLU of Wisconsin joined a federal lawsuit seeking that information under the Freedom of Information Act. We need those answers, especially now that the Trump administration may well create even more confusion.
