We filed comments with the Wisconsin Supreme Court supporting a proposed new rule which would require that interpreters be provided to non-English speakers in all municipal court proceedings.

The Wisconsin DOC legally must provide programming to incarcerated parents that allows them physical custody of their children for the first year of life.

We sued the city of Milwaukee for passing rules pertaining to the 2024 Republican National Convention that infringe on protest rights.

We argued that Marsy’s law wasn’t fully, properly, or accurately presented to Wisconsin voters, leading voters to make a decision about a proposal about which they were not fully informed.

When Black and biracial students faced racial harassment and disparate punishment in the Oshkosh Area School District, the ACLU of Wisconsin took the case to the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights.

As a result of our lawsuit, the supermax prison was restricted from housing mentally ill prisoners and required to grant the same rights as other max security prisons.
