We filed a motion on behalf of 24-year-old Jaciel Cirrus Rojas, who had been unlawfully detained in the Dodge County Jail by ICE since June of 2025. Cirrus Rojas is a father, and since he was detained, he had not been able to see his one-year-old child.

The Wisconsin DOC legally must provide programming to incarcerated parents that allows them physical custody of their children for the first year of life.

We filed an amicus brief asking the Wisconsin Supreme Court to protect students' constitutional rights during police interrogations at school. The court agreed.

We filed an amicus brief in two separate cases challenging the random revocation of international students’ visas at the University of Wisconsin and other universities throughout the state.

On July 31, 2014, the Wisconsin Supreme Court unanimously ruled to protect domestic partnership provisions without discrimination on the basis of gender.

Anti-trans law barring prison doctors from providing gender affirming healthcare struck down as unconstitutional.
