Fusion voting not only allows voters to select the candidate of their choice without having to support one of the major parties, but allows minor political parties influence in elections commensurate to their actual support in the electorate.

We filed a motion to intervene in the Trump administration’s lawsuit against the Wisconsin Elections Commission over its refusal to hand over confidential voter data.

We filed an amicus brief asking the Wisconsin Supreme Court to accept a case that would decide the future of Congressional maps. The court declined to do so.

We sent 35 open records requests and went to court to protect voters from being removed from the voter registration rolls weeks before the November 2024 election.

We argued that Marsy’s law wasn’t fully, properly, or accurately presented to Wisconsin voters, leading voters to make a decision about a proposal about which they were not fully informed.
