This bill protects people from being prosecuted for prostitution or attempted prostitution when they seek help from law enforcement or certain medical services. If someone reports a crime (other than prostitution) or seeks medical care for themselves or another person, any information about prostitution that comes up cannot be used against them or anyone else in a prosecution.
