These powerful words are from our last town hall with Ramiah Whiteside.
As Associate Director of Ex-incarcerated People Organizing, Ramiah Whiteside was a strong advocate for restorative justice and our partner in coalition to transform Wisconsin’s carceral system.
Known as a peacemaker, Ramiah had a unique ability to to speak to anyone and was able to move people regardless of partisan issues.
Our hearts go out to his family and friends. Rest in power, Ramiah.
