Automatic revocation leads to incarceration without the due process of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that someone committed a new crime.
Under this bill, minors may not be prosecuted or adjudicated delinquent for “committing an act of prostitution.”
This bill would require approval from the court any time a prosecutor wants to dismiss or amend a criminal charge for a series of offenses.
This bill would restore protections against immigration enforcement in "sensitive locations" including schools and hospitals.
This bill would allow pharmacists to prescribe and dispense birth control, expanding access to critical health care.
This bill would ban flags–including the Pride Flag, the Juneteenth Flag, or flags of Tribal nations– flown or displayed outside state and local government buildings...
