AJR 10/SJR 10: Referendum on Repeal of 1849 Abortion Ban

Proposes 2024 advisory referendum on restoring Roe v. Wade rights.

This resolution would pose the following advisory question to voters on the April 2024 ballot:

In an advisory referendum, the legislature places a proposal on the ballot to gauge voters’ opinions. The results of an advisory referendum are not binding, meaning the results will not change the law.
