Personal privacy and security are increasingly threatened by the use of technology by government and business organizations and by actions we take as consumers and participants in society.  We will discuss how government and non-government policies and actions, coupled with increased technological capabilities, are eroding our privacy and security and positive strategies that can be used to protect privacy and increase security in a complex and technological world.
