The ACLU of Wisconsin Foundation is working to increase voter participation throughout Wisconsin by educating voters on the voting process.

The ACLU of Wisconsin aims to ensure that all voters, particularly those who are historically disenfranchised, have the information about voting and what’s on the ballot so they can vote in this election and maintain a Supreme Court that will protect the civil rights and liberties of Wisconsin voters.

Local law enforcement’s use of surveillance technology, which in most places has occurred without any community input or control, presents significant threats to civil liberties.

With our partners, we work to ensure easy, fair, and safe access to the ballot box for every single Wisconsin voter.

During 2023-2025, we provided community trainings to know your rights when interacting with law enforcement.

We envision a just society in which the dignity of every person is respected and our collective liberation is realized.

Ahead of the 2023 Wisconsin Supreme Court Election, the ACLU of Wisconsin embarked on an ambitious effort to educate voters about the impact of the state supreme court.

All pregnant people deserve dignity before, during, and after birth.

While we continue the vicious and costly cycle of criminalizing marijuana possession, a majority of registered voters in Wisconsin believe cannabis should be legal.
