Moments ago the ACLU and ACLU of Wisconsin Foundation filed an amended complaint regarding our marriage equality lawsuit and a request for preliminary injunction. The preliminary injunction seeks an order that the state may not enforce Wisconsin's ban on marriage for same sex couples.
