AB 175 would enshrine Wisconsin’s 1849 criminal abortion ban while providing an exception for rape and incest.

The bill would not guarantee the same right to abortion that was in place under Roe v. Wade and does not protect the health, safety, and bodily autonomy of all Wisconsinites.
