The Zoo Interchange lawsuit settlement will dedicate money to provide transit service to job centers in Milwaukee suburbs, including Menomonee Falls and potentially New Berlin and Germantown.

Those areas have high job growth but lack bus routes to help Milwaukee residents reach the jobs, according to a December 2013 Public Policy Forum study. That report recognized lack of money as a core challenge to establishing those routes.
