AB 15/SB 10: Censoring "Harmful" Material

This bill requires public libraries and public schools to limit student access to material deemed “harmful.” Book bans and censorship efforts have a chilling effect and have historically been used to ban sex education material and material about LGBTQ issues from local libraries and classrooms.
