The ACLU of Wisconsin wrote a letter to the superintendent of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction calling for equal access to remote learning for all students. Since remote learning has become the prevailing form of education during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen disparities regarding the extent to which students can access it, which has disproportionately impacted people of color, people with disabilities, and individuals who have low incomes.
