Ann Heywood is a retired English teacher from Eau Claire. She has served off and on the ACLU Chippewa Valley Chapter board since the 1970s and has represented the chapter on the ACLU of Wisconsin state Board since 1996. She is especially interested in religious freedom, reproductive freedom, LGBT rights, and students' rights.
