Ahead of the 2023 Wisconsin Supreme Court Election, the ACLU of Wisconsin embarked on an ambitious effort to educate voters about the impact of the state supreme court.

All pregnant people deserve dignity before, during, and after birth.

While we continue the vicious and costly cycle of criminalizing marijuana possession, a majority of registered voters in Wisconsin believe cannabis should be legal.

Close collaboration between local law enforcement and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is fueling the deportation of immigrants.

Local law enforcement’s use of surveillance technology, which in most places has occurred without any community input or control, presents significant threats to civil liberties.

During the 2025 April election cycle, the ACLU of Wisconsin sought to disseminate critical voting information to voters across the state of Wisconsin. All in all, over 600,000 voters were contacted by the ACLU.

We give community trainings so that people know their rights when interacting with law enforcement.

With our partners, we work to ensure easy, fair, and safe access to the ballot box for every single Wisconsin voter.
