Melissa Ludin

Melissa Ludin, former Board President of Ex-Incarcerated People Organizing. As a formerly incarcerated woman, she leads with an unrelenting passion for criminal justice reform and reentry peer support.

Roderick Bankston

Roderick “Rudy” Bankston is a committed educator, activist and published author. His powerful story about his experience as a survivor of the school-to-prison pipeline offers key insights into the paradox of resiliency fueled by systemic injustice.

Thomas P. LeBel

Dr. Thomas LeBel is the author or co-author of numerous articles and book chapters on prisoner reentry, desistance from crime, stigma, and drug treatment. He has served as a consultant and panelist for several prisoner reentry-related projects.
