State Financial Bank et al. v. City of So. Milwaukee

Description:

Low-income, minority and disabled tenants are seeking to prevent the City of South Milwaukee from razing their homes. Lake Bluff Apartments is a low-income and wheelchair-accessible development that houses a significant proportion of South Milwaukee’s minority population. The tenants allege violations of the Fair Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
