Eunice Z. Edgar Lifetime Achievement Award goes to Athan Theoharis ACLU of WI/F Board Member and nationally recognized expert on FOIA and FBI abuse. 

William Gorham Rice Civil Libertarian(s) of the Year to the Fair Wisconsin Campaign led by Action Wisconsin and Center Advocates.  A multi-party award going to leading advocates in the fight for marriage equality for same sex couples in Wisconsin and against the proposed Constitutional Amendment, which bars civil marriage contracts and civil unions, and may also jeopardize domestic partnership arrangements.
