The Chippewa Valley chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union of Wisconsin is partnering with Join Our Neighbors, Advancing Hope (JONAH) to bring together groups in Eau Claire that are working on voter ID education and outreach to share their plans and help coordinate efforts.
